GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SCALEHER.EU

Art. 1. SUBJECT
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the digital platform www.scaleher.eu (“the Platform”), which serves as a hub for connecting individuals, accessing educational content, participating in discussions, watching podcasts, and engaging in training sessions.

Art. 2. PLATFORM OWNER
2.1. scaleher.eu is a trademark owned by the Scale Her Project, a pan-European network of gender-conscious investors to support female-led companies for growth and sustainability.
2.2. Dir.bg, as part of the Scale Her Project administers and operates the Platform. For the purposes of these terms, it shall be referred to as “the Provider.”

Art. 3. DEFINITIONS
3.1. Provider – Scale Her Project
3.2. Platform – The website www.scaleher.eu and its subdomains.
3.3. User – Any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform to browse content, watch podcasts, participate in training sessions, or engage with other users.
3.4. Content – Any information available on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, articles, discussions, training materials, and messages exchanged between users.
3.5. Services – The digital services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to access to video content, online training, networking opportunities, discussion forums, and newsletters.
3.6. Account – A personal profile created by a user to access certain services or participate in community discussions on the Platform.
3.7. Newsletter – Periodic email communication providing updates on new content, training sessions, and other activities on the Platform.

Art. 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The General Terms and Conditions are binding for all users of the Platform.
4.2. By using this Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
4.3. The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Platform and will become effective immediately. Users are responsible for checking for updates regularly.
4.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

6.3. The Provider may remove any content that violates community guidelines or legal regulations.
6.4. The Platform may include third-party links or external content. The Provider is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of external websites.

Art. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All content on the Platform, including videos, articles, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright laws.
7.2. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without explicit permission from the Provider.

Art. 8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1. The Provider collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. Users consent to the processing of their data for the purpose of accessing Platform services, receiving newsletters, and engaging in networking activities.

Art. 10. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

Art. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts of Bulgaria.
